Mail In Repair

Please follow the instructions below before sending us your device.

  1. Contact us via the form below so that we can give you a quote for whatever problem you are having. You can also call (919) 908-7444
  2. Most repairs take 1-3 weeks unless stated otherwise.
  3. Send your device with the Repair Form to the address below. Please be sure to send your device with insurance (not required by us, but for a peace of mind) and tracking.
  4. Make sure you have backed up the device before sending to us if possible.
  5. Once we receive your device we can email or text you with updates, whichever your preference.
  6. Once we have completed the repair, we will send a PayPal Invoice to the email address provided in the form. If you do not have a PayPal Account, you can still pay without signing up for one.
  7. Once payment has been received your device will be shipped and you will be emailed or texted the tracking number.
